Below is the allergen information relating to:

Our two catering kitchens at Ellen Tinkham are run by highly experienced Devon Norse trained staff.  Pupil allergens will be taken into consideration prior to food being served.

As caterers based in the South West, Devon Norse use a selection of local produce and organic food.  Trading standards check all their local procedures and provide them with food testing to confirm the provenance of the products they offer.

All their meat and poultry is British, Farm Assured and is sourced from farms across Devon and Cornwall which is processed and distributed across the network of schools.  Meat is traceable right back to the farms on which the animals were raised.

Devon Norse takes care to ensure that all eggs conform to the ‘Lion Mark’ code of practice and suppliers are independently audited.  Milk comes fresh from farms across Devon and Cornwall.  Over 50% of fresh fruit and vegetables are grown on farms in Devon and Cornwall.  All fish is responsibly sourced and approved by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).

Everyone will be the best they can be; Everyone has a voice; No-one is excluded.
